By accessing or using Biznezo, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Biznezo provides cloud-based business management tools including CRM, Sales Management, Task Management, Inventory Management, Reporting, and related business modules. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

To use Biznezo, you must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and are responsible for all activities under your account. You may sign in using email/password or Google OAuth (if available).

You agree NOT to: use the platform for illegal purposes; upload malicious software; attempt to hack or disrupt services; reverse engineer the system; or abuse API access. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed according to your selected plan. Refunds are not provided unless required by law. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Biznezo. Biznezo acts as a data processor and does not claim ownership of your data.

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Biznezo is not liable for downtime, data loss due to external factors, or events outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biznezo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or subscription fees are unpaid. Users may cancel their accounts at any time.

All content, software, branding, and designs on Biznezo are our property. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without explicit permission.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of [Your Country, e.g., India]. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of Biznezo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
